Endeavor X
BACKGROUND
Endeavor-X is Endeavor Nigeria’s program to support C-level executives and technical leaders of high-impact companies. Endeavor-X would focus on advancing our mission of high-impact entrepreneurship and building functional skills across Finance, People & Performance, Technology and Operations for C-level executives.
The strategy would involve talent research, masterclasses, office hour sessions with Endeavor entrepreneurs & mentors, and peer-to-peer learnings between founders. In addition, Endeavor-X would bring together leading experts and experienced business leaders to exchange best practices, build peer-to-peer connections and pay it forward to the next generation of high-impact entrepreneurs and C-level executives.
FORMAT
We execute Endeavor-X through 3 strategic approaches:
- Talent-based research: Our talent reports will dive into benchmarks, trends and best practices for attracting and retaining talent.
- Endeavor Entrepreneur-led Office Hours: Through our office hour sessions, early-stage founders and aspiring entrepreneurs can have one-on-one or small group sessions with an Endeavor Entrepreneur to ask open questions and learn from their experience.
- Masterclass/Workshops: Invite-only practical and actionable workshops featuring founders and their C-level executives grouped based on functional roles – Finance, Operations, Technology, and People & Performance. Masterclasses would be facilitated by Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Mentors, and partner organisations.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Interested participants would register via an online form and be shortlisted based on set criteria.
