Speaking about the role of mentorship in supporting high-growth entrepreneurs, Ireayo Oladunjoye, Managing Director & CEO of Endeavor Nigeria, said:

"At Endeavor Nigeria, mentorship sits at the heart of how we support entrepreneurs building companies with the potential to scale globally. By connecting founders with experienced leaders who have built, led and navigated complexity at scale, we give entrepreneurs access to perspectives that can help them make better decisions at critical moments. The impact extends beyond individual companies — stronger businesses create jobs, develop talent, attract investment and contribute to stronger entrepreneurial ecosystems. We are delighted to welcome this new group of mentors to the Endeavor Nigeria network, each of whom brings significant experience, a strong track record of leadership and a willingness to give their time and expertise to entrepreneurs."

Tunde Fafunwa, Managing Director of Kitskoo and Endeavor Mentor, said:

"Enduring companies aren't built in isolation - they thrive when founders combine bold innovation with strategic partnerships, and professional governance. Endeavor's powerful 'multiplier effect' resonates with me because high-impact mentorship isn't just about advising a single business; it is about cultivating an interconnected ecosystem where today's scale-up founders become tomorrow's institutional builders and mentors."

For Professor Konyin Ajayi, SAN, Managing Partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP and Endeavor Mentor, mentorship is critical to developing entrepreneurs capable of building institutions that can shape Africa's future.

"As Africa rises and is reimagined, mentorship will be critical to shaping a new generation of entrepreneurs capable of building globally respected companies, transforming industries, and redefining the continent's future. Mentorship matters because building enduring companies requires more than ambition — it requires wisdom, perspective, and the courage to think long term. Experienced mentors help founders navigate complexity, scale with discipline, and build institutions that outlast individuals."

The new mentors join an established community of Endeavor mentors who support entrepreneurs through one-on-one engagements, mentor sessions, strategic conversations and other opportunities to share expertise and networks.

Chidi Iwuchukwu, Executive Director at Rand Merchant Bank and Endeavor Mentor, said:

"Scaling a high-growth company is rarely a straight line, it's usually a series of high-stakes decisions made under intense pressure. For me, being a mentor is about being that objective sounding board and helping founders filter out the noise so they can focus on what moves the needle. As a mentor, I'm not there to give all the answers, but to help founders find the clarity they need to trust their own judgment when things get messy."

The new cohort adds another layer of experience and perspective to Endeavor Nigeria's network as it continues to support entrepreneurs building ambitious, high-growth companies in Nigeria and beyond.
